High-quality installation at a reduced cost
The high-quality installation at a reduced cost is achieved through the use of standard IPE profiles with few moving parts and the elimination of the need for centralized control systems. This significantly reduces operational and maintenance costs.
Adaptability to complex situations
Ideal for transportation in hazardous areas, operating in a temperature range from -30°C to +50°C. It can transport high-temperature goods and is adaptable for crossdocking and loads of up to 1500 kilos or more, even for bulky items such as industrial doors and HVAC equipment.

How is the process?
The Flexitrack software is designed to give the trolleys autonomous control of their movement and operation without the intervention of a central system for guidance.
The system ensures efficient transport through a well-defined process consisting of three stages:
1. The assignment
The Gateway (management software and auction or assignment of transport orders to be carried out) identifies the trolley with the shortest arrival time to the transport origin and assigns the request to it.
2. Movement to the origin
The trolley moves to the origin, requests loading permission, and once loaded, calculates the best route to the destination.
3. Optimal path
The route is calculated based on the maximum speed of each section, the allowed sections, and the maintenance and traffic conditions.

SL-100
Standard model
In its standard version, the SL100 incorporates a conveyor belt or powered rollers to automatize the loading and unloading operations of Eurobox boxes in their different sizes.
It is designed as suspended transport. The circuit is installed above the production area, normally using the structure of roof trusses as support for the tracks. In this way, the space that was originally destined for transport is recovered, and becomes available for production purposes. In order to lift the boxes or goods to the heigt of the tracks, Singular Logistics has an elevator designed specifically for this purpose.

Modelo carga lateral
El SL-1500 estándar incorpora un transportador de cadenas para palet europeo 1200 x 800.
Para automatizar el proceso dispone de un transportador de cadenas instalado abordo, de modo que realiza las operaciones de carga y descarga automáticamente. La gran capacidad de carga y la flexibilidad que brinda, le permiten ofrecer una amplia personalización del tipo de transporte.
Es posible suministrar carros para otras capacidades en función de las necesidades del cliente con el desarrollo de accesorios especiales, adaptados a especificaciones particulares como carga con ventosa magnética, mediante garra, por vacío, etc.

SL-1500
Standard model
The standard SL-1500 incorporates an onboard roller or chain conveyor for European pallets (1200 x 800).
For the sake of process automation, this model has an onboard chain conveyor installed, which does the loading and unloading of the cargo automatically. The big cargo capacity and its flexibility allows the SL-1500 a wide customization of the type of transport needed.
It is possible to provide trolleys for other capacities according to customer needs with the development of special accessories, adapted to particular specifications such as loading with magnetic suction cup, by claw, by vaccuum, etc.
